(International Management) from the University of Applied Management, Germany (Ghana Campus) and a first degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi –
Ghana. Tony, holds a postgraduate diploma in geographic information systems (GIS) from the Technishe Fachhochshule Berlin (University of Applied Sciences, Berlin). Anthony Ntiador, is the Managing Director for Twenty Third Century Systems Ghana Limited, a purely owned Ghanaian business which is a partner company of Esri, Riskflow, Dell, EOH, and SAP.
Anthony is ardent Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, having consulted as an M&E Specialist for the Ghana Land Administration Project II (LAP II) and the Greater Accra Sanitation and Water Project (GAMA SWP), all funded by the World Bank. He was in charge of the geospatial and land information data center at the Lands Commission for two (2) years. His specialty is information systems, process reengineering and Monitoring and Evaluation. He is a Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the African Real Estate Society.
